Tickets Fixed 1.4.8, ticket categories do not show count properly

I'd expect ticket categories in the sidebar to either show

1. number of unresolved tickets

or

2. number of unread tickets

But they show neither -- just "0"

There was an earlier report about this and it was sorted.

I have made a change now though and the sidebar will now show how many unresolved tickets there are in a category as well as the total.
