Tickets Fixed 1.4.8 Ticket count is highlighted red in mod bar even when all tickets have been read.

Reproduce:

1. "Tickets: 4" in mod bar, with "4" in a red box.

2. Go to the tickets queue and read all four tickets.

3. Mod bar still says "Tickets: 4", with "4" in a red box.
