Tickets "Action dropdown" button only visible in default style

Hello there,

I'm currently using the UI.X 2 theme by ThemeHouse. I have noticed that the "ticket message action button" (the ellipsis) is not visible there:


It is, however, visible in the default style:


Considering it worked with Tickets v2.8.1 and stopped working with Tickets v2.9.0, I suspect the add-on to be the culprit here and not the style.

Not sure what's causing that TBH. A change was made in Tickets 2.9 to force most of the message controls in to the menu.

You can revert that change for now by editing the nf_tickets_message.less template and removing everything except for {{ include('message.less') }} at the top.

I'll have to look in to this a bit further in the meantime.
