As staff sees empty ticket discussions in new posts / whats new, staff replies to the threads as if these are replies to the user. I need to get rid of the threads. But there seems to be an issue with doing so.
To get rid of the empty ticket discussions, I tried to use batch update threads. If I select all threads with 0 replies, then it found only 7 threads. I deleted those, but after that it doesn't find more threads. I have around 350 ticket discussions. Most of them empty.
