Calendar Beta 8: All-day Events not working

When creating/editing an event and ticking the All-day tickbox, it doesn't work. You can still modify the start/end fields, and after saving the event still has start and end times.

This wasn't implemented. Can't remember why I left it on hold.

But anyways, works generally as you expect. There's some JavaScript that'll hide the time fields if the "all-day" option is checked too.
