Calendar Birthday click: Opening Member Card instead of profile

Please make the click on the birthday in the Calendar open the Member Card instead of the profile Member View page.

Clicking the member avatar from the Today's Birthdays and Upcoming Birthdays sidebar blocks opens the member card. As @Freelancer says, the birthday event displayed on the calendar should too. Especially important for consistency in user experience.

This was supposed to be the expected behaviour but the Calendar library was suppressing it. Fixed that now. Birthdays will open as an overlay and actual events will take you to the event page.

As a sort of side effect of this, I've also fixed the issue where the Calendar library was suppressing preview tooltips.
