I have 100 tickets in the category 'account problems'. To find a specific ticket by browsing I can not review all tickets in this category. I need to filter by status (open, pending, resolved) and therefore first review the tickets with status OPEN, then all tickets that are PENDING and then all that are CLOSED.
My request is to be able to be able to see all tickets in a category in one list. i.e. all category content without filter.
