Tickets Browse all tickets in a category

I have 100 tickets in the category 'account problems'. To find a specific ticket by browsing I can not review all tickets in this category. I need to filter by status (open, pending, resolved) and therefore first review the tickets with status OPEN, then all tickets that are PENDING and then all that are CLOSED.
My request is to be able to be able to see all tickets in a category in one list. i.e. all category content without filter.
 
Maybe I still misunderstand you but you already can filter by status in categories too. You can filter by simply clicking on the status banner of one ticket and it sets the filter with it...

Have you checkmarked the filters in the backend accordingly?

If you’ve checkmarked anything other than 3 statuses in the ACP then you can’t actually browse the list of tickets regardless of status.

You have to click through each status one by one. That’s the behaviour that needs to be changed here. Something like an “any status” filter.
