It seems like I need something else to set up with Google to activate Holidays? What do I have to do?

It's nothing more than setting an API key and enabling the predefined calendars.
But it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Seems to be a FullCalendar thing. I suspect Google has changed something behind the scenes which has broken FullCalendar's support for pulling events from predefined calendars; which is weird because I could've sworn it was working very recently too.
