Calendar Calendar List Sidebar Block - Parent calendars appear like Child calendars

As per above screenshot, parent calendars appear in the sidebar block like Child calendars of the Calendar above it. In this example, the Parent calendar called 'parent' appears to be a Child of the 'VIC' calendar.

Suggest the display of Parent calendars be pushed left so that the Calendar names all align.
