Calendar Editing/deleting own events, but only for future events

For the ACP permission 'Time limit on editing/deleting own events (minutes)' can this please only apply for future events. Once an event start date/time has passed, then the owner should no longer be able to edit it.
I would like to give an event owner the 'unlimited' time to edit their event, up until the time its started. For integrity, they can't then edit/delete it once it's already been scheduled to commence. They can contact a moderator if they need changes afterwards.

Good thinking, this is implemented now. Mods with permission can do it but users cannot.
