Tickets Improved Knowledge Base Integration

Similar systems link their KBs in several ways, suggesting related articles based on keywords in the ticket title.

Example: when a user starts typing, and the word exists in a KB article title, at least (or even better, KB has tags based on those words) would pop up, so we might save an unnecessary support ticket.

Same for moderators/staff, an easier way to insert KB articles related to the ticket.
