When a Member Report is created in the report center, then this report will be reused any time the user is reported. Various addons make use of this function for duplicate accounts, spam, account breaches, etc.
Often when there is a Member Report in the Report Center then there will also be related tickets.
It would be useful to have a sidebar block in the Member Report to display the X latest tickets and a link to quickly go to all the tickets by the member.
