Tickets Applications Make "Responses" available right from the Start

Give those who have the proper permissions the chance to use the pre-defined responses right while creating a ticket. I often need to contact members and ask them to follow stuff and it would be good to have a pre-defined text for these occasions too.

You mean have some text in the editor already? I was thinking of doing this in both addons but on a per-category basis set by admins instead.
 
That would be great for “Category Description” Text per Category set in ACP... So basically a baseHtml Block with HTML (and XF syntax) that is like an introduction of the category

BUT: What I meant is to be able to use the Ticket Response Messages right from the start while creating a ticket/application and not only as a reply to a message.
