Classifieds Missing Cron Job

There is no cron job for rebuilding the cache "Classifieds: Rebuild listing categories" so the numbers will remain in categories while there are 0 listings.

Hi, I was hoping to not need it with better counting logic. However, I'll add it for the next update.

I think the counting has been improved in the next release and as such, I am not adding a cron at this time.
