Discord Fixed Multiple Discord disassociation issues

1. Disassociating Discord account from a forum account doesn't remove the automatically assigned server roles from Discord.

2. Discord Ban Sync is also not working. It doesn't automatically ban the user from TeamSpeak and the forums. Maybe it is a cron job process but we waited for around 10 mins and nothing happened.

3. Banning a discord user also removes their server roles. However, when the ban is lifted, the roles aren't automatically reassigned to that particular discord account. The user has to disassociate and associate the discord account again from his forum account to get the server roles back.

Made some changes here to remove users from their roles if they disassociate or get banned.

Since we use TeamSpeak addon along with discord addon which still hasn't been updated to the latest Xenforo 2.2 - Can you please release a XF 2.2 supported version for the TeamSpeak addon so we can use both addons on XF 2.2

There's a TeamSpeak update forthcoming though worth noting it already works fine on XF 2.2.
