Tickets Fixed No alert of user Ticket Reply when I am the starter

It seems that there are no alerts and no notifications (no email either) when I started a ticket for a registered user and he replies to his ticket...
 
It's because you're not marked as watching that ticket. Can change that behaviour though since admittedly, it's not obvious.
 
Oh.... hmmmm.... here it would make sense to have the ticket watched right from the start. Because the starter admin/mod is most likely also the one who is talking to the user (and is therefore the assignee)

This also needs to be in balance with the emails send out. Remember that bug where it sent an email to the ticket owner right after the ticket starter created the ticket: "you receiving this email because you are watching a ticket"... nope... this all really needs to be more logical and workflow oriented.
