Tickets Fixed no Alert on ticket status change

You missed this bug report by @dadparvar :

  • When a ticket is locked or closed, ticket owner doesn't get any alert for it.
  • When a ticket is deleted, ticket owner doesn't get any alert for it.
  • When a ticket is moved to another category, ticket owner doesn't get alert for it.
  • I created a ticket for a user. Then reassigned Ticket to myself. I replied to ticket. User didn't get any alert for the reply. User also replied to ticket and I didn't get any alert for his reply. (both of us should first "unwatch ticket" and then "watch ticket" again to get alerts. and anyway, the email of alert is never sent to any party.)
