For the handling of multiple accounts or for issues that concern multiple users we need to be able to open a ticket for multiple members.
If one of the participants accounts are deleted the other participants still need to have access.
It would be fine to have one account as the owner and others as participants. As long as the ticket can still continue when the owner is deleted.
Please add this option to the create form.
