Calendar Option setting to define period/criteria for recently active birthday display

Calendar currently uses xF's default (still hard coded?) time period of 6 months for display "recently active users" birthdays.

As agreed by @NixFifty @ Calendar Birthdays sidebar widget: option to hide inactive users ;) have an ACP option to define the number of weeks within a user has to have visited to have their birthday displayed on the calendar. Weeks as the value/period gives much more control than months.

Ideally, it would be a criteria - weeks since visit, posts, trophy points, user group membership.

On all but tiny, infrequently used sites, the calendar is far too busy/noisy when displaying birthdays - events get lost - and a criteria would ensure just VIP or very regular members are displayed.
