Rosters and Personnel Status Reports 2.1.3 is now available for all licensed customers to download.
- Add an option to restore old rank display ordering behaviour.
- Users with the same ordering criteria are now sorted alphabetically by username.
- Fix an issue where awards might show a broken image if no image was set.
