Adding the ability to attach files securely in a ticket or in an application that could contain confidential information.
No viewable to the user after attaching & submitting, only viewable by staff if they have the permission, not viewable outside of the forum (like on disk) because of encryption.
This way users can attach PII securely without website owners not following laws.
