Tickets The knowledge base area does not have a navigation bar

It features the default "account" navigation instead of an own (or the one from the tickets area).
 
If you go to Admin > Setup > Public navigation, has the "Knowledge base" navigation item been customised? You can click through to it and it'll say along with giving you an option to revert changes.

If a public navigation entry has been customised, XF will not apply changes to it on add-on upgrade.

It said that it was customized, but not by me. Strange.

The previous version had is_addon_active instead of $xf.visitor.hasOption('nfTickets') as display condition, which is not a change I had made.

What I did do is move the "root" Knowledge Base item beneath "Support" as a sub item. That's why it doesn't show. Is this not supported?
 
Moving it to be under the Support tab counts as a customisation.

The display condition has changed in the add-on since you've done that but the change was not applied on your site as the navigation item was considered customised.

As for this location being supported, it doesn't seem like it works. I'll look in to whether that's an XF thing or a Tickets thing.
