Tickets Ticket content criteria are missing.

    Ticket content criteria are missing. Without this we cannot post automatic replies based upon the message of the user.

    Can you describe a bit more what you're looking for, please?

    If the ticket content contains a specific text phrase, then the criteria is met.

    Lets say we have the content criteria that 'lost my password' exists in the ticket text.
    If a user posts a new ticket and the text contains 'lost my password' then this criteria is met.
    Then we want to post a automatic message to the ticket that tells the user how to request a new password. (update action: message)

    Does that make sense?

    Yeah, this is more likely going to be for 1.5.1 since it's a bit involved and not really suitable for a feature-locked build.

    There is code to scan the ticket title already written (and in the build), I just need to expose a textbox for that so that'll be in the next build.
