Tickets Fixed Ticket counts are not correct for moderators

For some members of my team, no open tickets are displayed in the staff bar, although open tickets are there. He has the right to acccess the ticket queue.
If I delete the parameter $xf.session.nfTicketCounts.total from the if statement in nf_tickets_staff_bar_macros, the moderator will see a 0.
