Unsure if right forum.
I am new to the Tickets add-on. I assigned another administrator on my board to set it up. They said they were unable to access the following areas of the system: 1. Ticket Escalations 2. Ticket Statuses 3. Ticket Priorities.
I couldn't figure out why. They had the correct administrator privilege, as well as their group having every ticket-related permission set to 'Yes'. They also had all ticket-related permissions set under moderators.
When I set them as a Super Administrator, they were able to access those areas. Of course I don't want them to have access to areas they shouldn't so this is an issue.
Am I missing something or is there a bug?
