Tickets Fixed Unable To Delete Replies

When inside a ticket you can not delete replies. Simply reloads the page and the reply is still there.

I take that back, there is no way to permanently delete a ticket reply*

I am still unable to permanently delete ticket replies in latest Beta

Previously, you couldn't do it because the actual permission was missing. It was re-added in the latest beta so you just need to give your staff that new permission.
