Events listed in the Upcoming Events widget display in reverse date order.
Looking at the image below, the top event is on 11/25, middle is on 11/11 and the bottom is on 11/8. I would think they would be listed in order they occur, which is the reverse of how they actually display (or they might be displayed in the order I created them, not sure)
