Tickets Use of Font Awesome in knowledge base categories

Hello,

I’m trying to use the Font Awesome field in ACP > Tickets > Knowledge base categories with no success. So far I’ve tried the likes of lightbulb, fa-lightbulb, fa fa-lightbulb, and even <i class="fa-solid fa-lightbulb"></i>, but I cannot see any changes in the front end UI of the knowledge base.

It's a bit confusing and I probably should've put a description on the option but they're not currently displayed anywhere and will be used in a future version. If y ou want to use them now, you'll need to make template edits.

Good to know, it is something that is in the works and not broken. I’m looking forward to the update when it’s ready!
