Tickets Fixed Users get alerts multiple times

Hey,

I've configured an escalation that should close a ticket 7 days after it has been set to "resolved". This including an alert for the starting user.

The ticket gets closed successfully - however, the corresponding users get an alert that their ticket has been closed daily.

Thanks, I've handled cases like this (i.e. putting yourself in an accidental loop) better to prevent dupe alerts.
