Calendar v1.0.9 Schema.org ld+json fixes

A couple of fixes needed for structured data ...

endDate is missing for all-day (incl. multiple days) events
startDate is mis-formed for all-day events, it's shouldn't contain a time but just the date and timezone.

AFAIK, timezone isn't required for all-day events. Where are you seeing that it's required?

Agree that it's not required. I see that Google is recommending not to use 0:00 so it makes sense to leave as it.
