Calendar v2.3.0 Sidebar blocks

@ /admin.php?add-ons/NF-Calendar/options I've ticked the birthdays sidebar blocks (today's and upcoming) but they're not appearing anywhere.
Have I missed something? Yes, I do have members' birthdays both today and upcoming.

Those should actually be removed as they're a hold over from XF1 when native widget support wasn't a thing.

In XF2, you can use the built-in "Today's birthdays" widget to replicate that one. There isn't one for "Upcoming birthdays" so I may look in to re-adding that.
