Is there any ETA for xF2 version?

By the chance. A suggestion for which many people will blame me but it's true. Don't try to add any exotic feature that people are asking. Is a forum addon and thus the only that it needs are the standard features of a helpdesk. I believe that standard features cover 90% of the clients. If someone has dozens of tickets per day, he/she can go with Kayako, DeskPro and others and pay $100/mo to have those features.

I'm very happy with your product.

PS: I'm talking for Tickets addon.

I’m glad to hear you’re happy with it. :)

At this time, I can say it’s being worked on. Good progress is being made but there's still a lot to do since this is one of my larger add-ons.
