What does this alert do?

I can see all alerts in the Xen Pushover add-on from Chris D. It is displayed as "alert_user_from_ticket"... ? What does it alert?

Oh, that makes more sense now. It's the alert that's sent from escalations.
But what exactly is the phrase?

It isn't phrased. It's the configurable alert that can be sent from escalations. The "Alert Body" text from an escalation is exactly what's sent out.But what exactly is the phrase?
