I see calendar is updated in products list.
Just a few things that I want to know if exist in the add-on? and if not, is there plan/ETA for them?
Comment system like bob's add-ons (even in those add-on we don't use associated thread and we use comment)
rate and review system like bob's add-ons...

Now, when a user creates a ticket, he/she will get an email with a title like this:
[#7]: My Ticket
It could be better to be something like this:
[Ticket #7]: My Ticket (BoardTitle)
the word "Ticket" be a phrase, and the BoardTitle be inside the parenthesis.
in my site, all upgrades are disabled, but still when I click on Gift, I see all of them. (normally when all of them are disabled, then the Gift button should be hidden, and if there are some enabled upgrades and the others are disabled, then those that are disabled should be hidden in the list...
Same suggestion as:
Gift Upgrades - Support for Bobs addons
But for official add-ons:
XFMG Media
XFMG Album
XFMG Comment
XFRM Resource
XFRM Review
Thanks in advance

I created a ticket for a user.
An email was sent to me.
The email had the avatar of that user. but the avatar was not his own avatar. It was the default unnamed.png image. But it was correctly linked to the profile page of that user.
It would be great if it was possible to add members to a ticket or kick them from a ticket.
Sometimes the ticket is (for example) related to copyright infringement by a user, and we want to invite that user to the ticket to have a group discussion on the ticket to find out who is right.

We have same list of Ticket Categories for Responses Categories.
But we can't limit Auto Responses to be displayed in Special Ticket...
I set these 2 to NO:
Add predefined response:
Edit predefined response:
But still user can see the Insert Response drop down when creating a ticket (and another problem is that when there is no Pre-Defined at all in system, it is still being displayed in create ticket page)
when trying to visit admin.php?ticket-escalations/

This would be great if you add an option to Pre-Defined Responses to set "Who can Insert This Response?" and we be able to choose usergroups.
In some categories we have a few staffs that they are in different usergroups, and not all of them are in a level that we want to let them use some pre...
when an admin doesn't have access to use pre-defined responses, they still see its drop down and I can't find a permission to NOT to let an admin to use insert response.
Even when I hide the main editor in create ticket page, the drop down comes when I create a custom field with editor.
