Tickets Fixed 1.5.7 Escalations not working...

Now, escalations have stopped working or am not smart enough to use it correctly :)

This ticket shall set the status to "pending" as soon as a staff member replies.

But it does not excute... @NixFifty could you please explain and clarify the settings a little bit in more detail...

I was thinking if I set it to "Always" it will always execute the task when a Staff/Support member replies... but it remained in status "OPEN" even after page reload.

They wouldn't get triggered instantly and you'd have to wait for the next cron pass.
