Calendar Add a function for Country filter with GoogleAPI's

When using the GoogleAPI's, particularly for the Places Autocomplete with the Location field, in would be much better user experience to allow site admin's to define and limit/filter results to a specific country/region. The existing country selection at /admin.php?event/options#3 for Google Calendar Holiday's could be used for this purpose

Eg. "components=country:au" as a parameter on the URL for API call. Refer Place Autocomplete | Places API | Google Developers
