Xon will release an update to his Custom Fields Permissions add-on that will have support for ticket fields and you'll be able to use that to set visibility permissions.
There is only one thing not working correctly: View attachment 1276 @NixFifty , @Xon Seems only works: sidebar ticket info and User info. not working for the rest.
