TeamSpeak Fixed Cannot open details modal when no friendly name has been defined

Hello,

the friendly name mechanism was added later on with many of our users not having specified one.

This results in us not being able to open the details modal:

Just as a suggestion: In case the friendly name is empty, adding an italic "No friendly name specified", which links to the modal, would be sufficient.

I opted for the last used nickname from the TS server.

Just another question: How do I distinguish whether the currently shown name is the user's friendly name or the last used nickname? A distinction for that would be neat (e.g. last used name in italic or something like that).
