Classifieds Can't create category without selecting conditon

Conditions allow users to specify and inform others about what condition the item is currently in. If no conditions are selected here, the option is disabled and will not appear for this category.

The highlighted part does not work. If I do net select at least one condition I get the following error when trying to save:

Please select at least one listing condition
