Tickets Fixed Cant remove filter

When I filter tickets for a user, then this correctly displays the correct tickets. But then its not possible to remove the filter.

Seems to be an issue relating to my automated build tools and a file missing from the package.

Sorted for beta 2.

For what it's worth, it'll work in debug mode but that's not ideal.
