Tickets 2.12.0 is now available for all licensed customers to download.
- Add an activity log entry when a ticket is mentioned in another ticket.
- Add an activity log entry when a ticket has been opened for someone else.
- Add an option to prevent internal messages from being quoted accidentally. Enabled by default.
- Add a style property to control whether the sidebar remains sticky when viewing tickets. Enabled by default.
- Add support for opening a ticket for a user on their behalf from their profile.
- Add a link to invite participants to a ticket to the ticket tools menu.
- Hide additional participants block when there are no additional participants.
- Improve the display of ticket owner and starter attribution. Rebuilding the search index for tickets and ticket messages in particular is recommended.
- Fix not being able to save a workflow if a notification email address is not provided.
