Often a member opens up a ticket while not logged in.
Then they loose access to the ticket and keep opening new tickets about the lost access.
It would be really helpful if we could change the owner of guest tickets to a member account.
This happnes quite frequently. Another issue with this is that staff is also unable to locate the ticket as its not shown on member profile or member card.
While this is not a bug, it sure feels buggy to the end user.
