What I see happening often is that a guest opens a ticket, registers and keeps replying to the ticket or creates new tickets.
Or if a member files a ticket as a guest.
It would be very useful if there was a way to easily change the ticket owner to the member account. This way we have all tickets by the member in one place.
However, this should not automatically happen when the user is banned or has access problems. So probably should be a manual function.
