Tickets Fixed Custom Fields in location "Tab" not displaying

Hello,

I created a DMCA takedown form with around 10 custom fields, which I have all assigned to the "Tab" location. However, no tab is visible when creating a ticket inside that category.

This is fixed. Required a lot of under-the-hood rearrangement but it's all good now.
