Discord Discord nickname syncing

I am loving the discord integration, it's very nice... however, I am noticing that nicknames are not being synced from XF to Discord even though it is ticked to have the XF usernames overwrite the Discord name.

Any possible troubleshooting or place I should look? I don't see a sync cron entry - although I do see one for reports, but nothing seems to work.

It'll happen when users sync their account for the first time, their groups change and/or their username on the forum changes.

If it's not happening, it might indicate a permission issue.

Thanks I will do some deeper trouble shooting cause, for example, I have not seen it sync my discord nick to my XF one. The bot has the highest level of authority .. admin and at top of roles list.

Is there a permission I should be checking on the XF side that might be impacting the sync?

It won't sync your username because you're the server owner and outrank the bot's permissions.
