Edit Own Ticket
Edit ticket title by self (requires edit own ticket) is set to Allow, but there is no Edit Own Ticket. I've got Edit Message By Self set to allow, so members can edit their own message, but there isn't the ability to edit the ticket title (and no ticket tools dropdown box present, which there is for the moderator permission).
