Tickets Email alerts don't use the from address of the category

Email alerts currently go out using the default xF settings, which means the "from" address is set as the "Default email address" from the xF "Basic Options".

If a category is using the mail handler though, this should be overwritten with the given email address.

Although the reply-to address is being set, so if a member hits reply it should go through ok - if you are using a "non reply" address as your default (eg [email protected]) - then it will look to the mail recipient that they cannot reply to that message, so never try.
