Tickets Email handling

Me again!

Does the Tickets addon support capturing via Email?

I am looking at creating a new ticket when an email is received and giving my users the ability to reply to a ticket via email and that show up on the ticket.

I'm likely stupid, but I can't find this "email piping" or any similar option.
Could you please point me in the right direction with this?

It's configured on a per-category basis. The options are located at Admin control panel -> Tickets -> Ticket categories.
