Help with Tickets implementation

Hello,

Tickets is supposed to be a new tab on my forum after I installed it. I made sure it was enabled as well in the AdminCP but it's not appearing:

The contact us form is not being replaced by it either.
What am I doing wrong?
 
I actually ended up fixing this myself.

The default group permissions for all of the usergroups will be set to "No" for viewing the ticket system, they need to at least be set to "yes" especially for the "unregistered / unconfirmed" usergroup that will automatically change the contact us form over to the new ticket system.
