Tickets Fixed Hiding Tickets Problem

When hiding a ticket message, nobody else can read it, except the person who posted it. I have this option there for staff only, to have any private chat on a ticket, but really it serves no purpose as I see it other than a personal notation type thing, as other staff can't see the hidden tickets.

This bug would be fixed by the forthcoming staff discussion threads functionality.

Yes, good point. I was just amazed how old various bug reports are.

Indeed... I have bought this add-on in August 2016 and haven't it used on a live site once.
